I have account in Dahisar Branch. Small one. But staff is very much co-operative and always ready to help you even if they are not from respective section.
Borivali East Branch is totally opposite. Staff don't even reply properly even if they are from same section. One of the WORST branches of BOB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service, Never Credit Matured FD amount on the same day and no interest for the delay and ususal delay is for 20-27 days on top of if never picks up the phone call and resolve the query. They say to email but email queries are just not looked at all. Worst Banking Facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most stupidest bank still existing in 2019 which has its own rules which weren't even there in the 80's. This bank (Borivali West branch) won't accept a cheque of colaba branch, issued to payee of Borivali East branch. Same bank transfers also they cannot provide to their own clients. Ridiculous staff and pathetic service. They forget that the money in the Bank is of their customers. Such bank should dissolve and be shut forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch has no value for customer the absolute rubbish no customer service and inspite of complaining no action is been taken infact they back fire the customer. The security at ATM uses abusive langauge and when we make a complaint to the manager he simply ignore and instead of taking any action the manager himself blame the customer wooh..! What a great customer oriented staff it's my fault that I have my account in this bank now I should rectify my mistake soon will close all the accounts don't need such bank and will also make complaint to the greviance cell regarding this incident.
