★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Dena bank staff is good n cooperative & But latest new manager who is the incharge is irresponsible, my Dad is suffering from paralysis he can't walk so we requested Him to send some office staff to take sign at our home he straightly dennied with loads of arguments by giving corona excuses we also said him if you guy want we can take the permission from society n dey are ready to give it but still he dennied to come .. my dad age is 65 + at dis age dis officer want old people shud come out of his home to get der pension at dis stage n dis officer so called dey dem self manager of dis bank are doing good job towards society.. its shamefull n embarrassing...dena bank staff is really good I don't whts going wrong after bank of baroda takes over such a big harassment towards old age people ..@RBI please take immediate action against such cases .
