★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some queries regarding HBL from BoB Barrackpore branch. The concern staff was a non bengali. During our discussion one younger lady came to his table and start to discussion with her regarding her family, his transfer, contact number and offering her coffee also. He totally forgot I had some queries to him. Lastly I asked him can you give me the data which I want? Then he start discussion with me. Bank is a public relation office..if anybody doing like this behaviour that is very bad. My first visit is very pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is just on Old Calcutta Road, but the branch is on 1st floor. Location is very good. There is no lift facility, everybody, specially old aged person need to climb through stairs. This branch has locker facility. One ATM is also there just adjacent to the branch. Staffs are good and helpful. The branch is totally computerized and airconditioned too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this bank, my experience becomes very pathetic. I am really sorry to write this kinda review but this kinda experience I am gaining on a loop. The bankers are very rude to say the least. There is a woman banker, I don't know what problem she has got but I really think she needs to learn some skills of ethics. There is another banker(male) who sits in cash counter, probably he also needs some basic skills of ethics. And the officials should really look into this matter, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bank of Baroda Anandapuri branch is probably the one and only branch of Bank of Baroda in the entire Anandapuri region. They provide very good service and the behavior of the staffs are very friendly which recives a worthy of appreciation and praise. But the bank faces frequent server breakdown and crashes which is very hectic. Beside these, the bank is very narrow and the space is very enclosed for accommodating many customers. Overall, its an inmitidatly good bank upon which you can fairly rely on.
