★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were some negative star rating possible, I would have provided that. The service here is so damn poor, and the response of the staffs is such that no more worse can be expected anywhere. I'm not sure about other Central Bank branches, but this one I personally feel should be avoided by anyone to become a customer. You go with an issue, you would be required to visit the branch multiple times, as there is no clear communication, and if ever by ill fate you are out of station and unable to visit the branch to get a thing done by your bank, better would be to open a new account where you moved to...they don't take your call, even if they do by God's grace, they hang it up telling some petty issues and would suggest you to come to their branch without even listening to what your issue is. Even worse, they may take your call, listen to you and would keep it on hold telling that some other person would help you out...and you just hear the noise from their office chores...

My first complain is about your toll free number, which remains engaged all the time. It is very difficult to talk directly with customer care to launch the compain verbally.
Now let me come to the main issue which is stated as under : -
I completed my transactions today following COVID protocol, standing in the que to enter the branch, then again stood in que for withdrawal ,and again stood in que to update my passbook. The problem starts now :-
(1) As I was about to give the passbook to the cashier, one of the customer standing in the que to enter the branch for getting service protested against my updation of my passbook and told the cashier not to update, on the contrary asked me to come out of the branch, again stand in the que to enter the branch nd get the updation. I protested against to the cashier Mr Ujjal ( surname not known ) went against me and asked me to follow the customer's instruction. I protested and complained to BM who at first told me to complain against cashier and then turned 180 degrees telling me not to take his name ,denying he told that my complain to be false. Now please tell me whether I'm right or wrong ?
(2) As fer as I know after entering the branch, a customer after completing the required service in full, then he or she leaves the place not before one at a time .
Please take necessary action about the same and do the needful. This is the 2nd time I got bad behaviour from your cashier.
Unless nd until I get justice ,I promise you to take the case to more higher authority if atleast there exists.
