It is conveniently located on the ground floor of Shambhu Bhavan, on 74 Rishi Bankim Sarani, Serampore, Hooghly, and visible from moving vehicles. Customer service is good provided by cooperative staff. Usually there is no long que and routine jobs can be completed by fifteen minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank location is perfect and bank employees are helpful. My friend has account in this bank and he is overall satisfied still yet from bank service. Bank location just opposite of Sukh Sagar restaurant and 3 min walking distance from Bartala bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is satisfactory. Schemes are such you do not need to visit bank much. Proccess of submitting15G/H is smooth. There are techincal issues . While transacting electronically the OTP message takes a lot of time . On this account the bank cannot help much. Including a new name name in an existing account is time consuming anf often the branch staff insists on opening a new account in this respect.
