bank should be provide to the staff a training session about the customers services...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank of Nonachandanpukur branch is fairly good. The interior is quiet shabby. Sometimes they run out of money. But its a hectic problem that they often failed to provide the full amount of a bit high salary for any customers. Nevertheless, they are helpful and friendly and provide good assistance in need. Overall, the bank is satisfactorily good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After merging with PNB it is not working properly.People find it difficult to update passbook.Even after six months ATM card is not issued.Aged people face difficulty when they have to maintain queue in staircase.The place is too narrow to stand oroperly.
