★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank of all time. The bank employees are not at all helpful. They take too much time doing the smallest work and are the main cause of harassment for the customer. This bank is the perfect example of why we hate the government officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad to say, me a 16 years old Customer of this United bank of India (now Punjab national bank) got a horrible behaviour from a bank staff named Bhaskar treat bank customers aa any thing this person is on duty to update passbook but unfortunately the so called behaviour from this staff is pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This United Bank branch at Barrackpur Court branch is Horrible to say the least. The branch manager along with employees must be fired immediately if the bank cares at all for customer service. I brought my father who is close to 90 years old for pension life certification and waiting for over 2 hours with no response from bank employees till 5 mins ago when they asked me to bring father up upstairs on 1st floor. I told them repeatedly that he is not able to walk let alone climbing the stairs and so please send someone downstairs to validate but the manager said they cannot do anything and he has to be up in 1st floor to complete the paperwork.
I am truly ashamed and appalled to experience this. One would think that the branch would run lot better if it were run even by animals instead. Sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is a den of loafers. The staff and manager's behavior is worst. I do not understand why no action is taken against them. They harras people and make cheap comments. Once they told me to close my account and move to another Bank.
