Mahim me sabse ganda or bavas bank, 4 conounter lekin sale sirf ek counter chalu rakhte hai or costomer ka time waste karte hai sable slow service state Bank of India se bhi slow
I have been able to buy or sell a bank, 4 times the amount of money sold from the sale or cost time of the waste, but the state is also slow.

Poor service.... I visited because my account had become inoperative as i didnot used it for more than a year. But as my FD was about to lapse i had to make my account operative again. So they asked me to fill KYC form. I filled the form and submitted supporting documents for which they asked me to show original hard copies. As i don't stay in Mumbai because of my job in another city, i didn't carried hard copies but had soft in my mobile which they didnot considered to verify the xerox copies. I don't understand when the world is moving towards digital who the hell carry's original copies. And considering the reason for my visit the Bank should have consider it and accept it as it is not a new account opening process but just an activation process...Bank timings are currently 9 to 2:30pm. It is wrongly mentioned on Google...If you visit this Bank you will see majority of the people are senior citizens who come for pension work, cash deposit, cash withdrawal, passbook updation etc... Rest who donot fall under senior citizen category need to keep their fingers crossed because of the lethargic behaviour of government employees. I felt very pity for the senior citizens who had to bare the staff behavior, when i saw during my visit. I wonder why the General Manager or Bank In-charge isn't concern about it and to work out on a process for making it simple especially for senior citizens. The Bank should ensure that senior citizens avoid coming to Bank and get an extended delightful and hassle free service at doorstep. If any of the concern employee of BOI is reading this review may pls make a note of the same and try to bring a change. People like us who donot fall in senior citizen are rarely interested to open an account in any of the government banks because of poor customer service and bad experience with your staff and also because of the lengthy processes you follow. This feedback is particular to Mahim branch and not a generic statement as there are also few other government bank branches which delivers good customer service and has good staff. BOI, please look into the same.

Poor service... Nobody attend ur query. Everytime they avoid to solve ur problem. Two months ago I transferred my boi a/c from prabhadevi branch to MAHIM branch I really disappointed wid bank n staff. Even everyone have an attitude. No respect nobody attend ur problem, specially senior citizen's problem. From last one n half month my boi net banking is not worked, I ask for the staff they said give application for net banking n submit some documents whichever they need. Still today no one can respond n my NetBanking also not working. Poor braPoir n poor service
