★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered chicken sukha thali and extra chapati online via swiggy...but i was delivered only 3 chapaties and chicken sukha ....and all other items in thali and extra chapaties were missing..it took 1 hr to get my order replacement...dat too...it ws not at all tasty...and chicken sukha quantity replaced was very less.. Insufficient.....swiggy has offered free caramel custard on this order...but it ws not available in hotel...no other item ws replaced for caramel custard by hotel....overall very bad experience and spoiled our lunch mood...i wil strongly recommend not to go for this hotel .....worst ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food especially seafood, had two big surmai, promphet, prawns all tasty, fresh and delightful. The curry flavour is mostly Goan type, small place like a hotel, but one advantage of having card payment. Billing too is economical compared with fish market in opposite lane.

•Menu = We ordered 5 items & received only 4. When we called Sheetal she said we never order “Vajari”. Attached Screenshot is proof. After confronting on that she said I called multiple times. Attached Screen shot clearly explain what was my order & what amount she shared after reading message.
•Delivery Charges = I Asked whether your restaurant give Service at Mumbai Central on that Sheetal said said but if order is more that Rs. 500. My order was for Rs. 880….total shared by Sheetal in attached screen shot after placing order. She didn’t had answer when I asked where did u mentioned delivery charge when it was clearly mention on call delivery fee for more than Rs. 500 at Mumbai Central location too.
•Customer Service = Contact Person Sheetal is rude….call her if you want attitude. Worst in customer service.
•Taste & Quality = Quality & taste is poor. Chicken & bombil was half cooked. Felt like as if we are eating sweet dish.
•Late = Food came one hour late at 1:00 pm. We ordered for 12:00 pm.
•Bill = When I asked Sheetal on bill its mentioned delivery charges when it was clearly mentioned on call delivery fee for more than Rs. 500 at Mumbai Central location too on that she said I have shared bill to you on whatsapp….which I don’t know to whom she shared….bcoz I never received any bill on whatsapp. Person who came to give delivery took away bill when I told Sheetal I will share this bill online in review so others don’t get trapped like me.
•Feedback = Wastage of money…..Please try other restaurants who respect customer; able to handle multiple orders; not fake; cheater; not mess up anyone days & money; have manners to talk & clear in communication & don’t do cheap trick for money. Never recommending this to anybody…..its humble request please don’t order from here it will spoil your money & time.

Humble and clean setting. Food worth every rupee. Will definitely visit again soon. Friendly and helpful staff. Don't be worried about ordering seafood, it is truly fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kokan tadka is located near citylight cinema. it's a small restaurant. they have limited seating arrangement. ambience is not that great. kokan tadka serves authentic malvani cuisine in reasonable rates. service is quick. I ordered chicken thali with wade and kaleji sukha thali. the taste was good. they serves 5 pieces of wade in thali.
