★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by banking staff. Always give some excuses and postpones customers work, customers bears great loss just because of banking staff. His time, money, energy and even leave is wasted just because of bad staff management. Lazy staff. During lunch time they make customers wait outside in harsh sun, that's very cruel. Atleast they can allow people to sit inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has no manners to talk with customers, they can't even solve simple problems like their given debit card doesn't even work after vising the bank 4 times for same issue. Staff act like customers are made for bank and not bank is made for customers . Horrible, worst bank ever .

Location is Nice On puna-satara Highway and In front off Bharati vidyapeeth university Pune.
Staff is Polite and arrogant .
ATM facility Available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apologies, do not want to sound rude here, but I've Never Seen a bank like this. And I'm not clear how they are still in business.
They (a senior gentlemen who I will not name) advised that it will take 2 months to open an savings account. Can be a benchmark of how NOT to talk to customers.
Additionally, it seems it's a mandate to have a savings account to open a PPF account.
