★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier (old lady) is very rude, behavior is like mai boli wahi kayda... Today (27 Aug. 021) At 11:30am I was there on her cash counter for 2 lakh cash and she refused to give me the same. Reson she told me is "That much cash is not available now, come tomorrow" (Her tone of voice was like she is talking with a bager) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It definitely takes little more time to get your work done here. But the staff is very co operative and helpful. I switched from a private bank to sbi. And sbi has till today provided far better service than my previous bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor staff performance and hundreds of policies available not to do the work on time, within time. Arrogant-ness is present in few of the branch staff while speaking with general public as well as elder people.
Location has been shifted to Katraj chowk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank manager at katraj branch is an extremely disrespectful worker. Who speaks arrogantly and does not solve queries of customers. I hope the bank officials take into consideration this concern. Some of us prefer not to open a bank account in your bank because of such poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad saff members in branch. It is seemed that they always disrespect very customer. And every work we ask for they are unable to resolve it. I recommend to choose other SBI branch than this, even if it is at distance from you.
