★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank of India is located in the St. Sebastian Church (Aquem) premises. It's been on lease with the catholic church for the last 25 years. The bank holds huge number of accounts and therefore they struggle to service their customers. Most of the employees are close to their retirement, so dont expect super fast services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohh this bank is bit tough to locate as its entrance do not face road you have to go ina bit n ul find it its just next to the church falls inside of saint Sebastian church. By the way church is very beautiful as well the staff of this branch this place falls in traffic area so avoi going by car or heavy vehical you can take public transport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not so happy with d service. Instead of updating the system they believe in providing d same form and submit same documents and photographs again.. well as a person my face remains d same .. haven’t gone thru a plastic surgery ? they need training ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank in the whole of Goa. Even if you go to remove money from your own account they make you do 2-3 verifications.... Their staff is slower than a snail... Their passbook machine is always broken..... Mostly all old people have their account there and they have to climb a lot of stairs to access this stupid bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had applied for Debit card on 17th August 2021, but didnt receive till date. Called branch for update made me call more than 5 times.
Finally replied that request is not received only and they misplaced my original signed application
Very poor staff, I dont understand how they manage to get job at any banks.
If there were 0 stars I would use that.!!!! PATHETIC!
