★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non co-operative staff recruited in viman nagar branch since last month i have submitted my aadhar card to bank for updation still not updated . And bank staff saying they have not received aadhar card since i have email aadhar card to bank and hard copy also submitted i personally visited bank in lock down also but still bank staff not updated my aadhar card.

Staff there asks the customer for the meaning renewing FD. More over it takes half an hour to get small work done. They treat you like they are Superior to a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff at this branch of BOI supportive and somehow quite quick as compared to other PSB branches in Pune. Whenever, I visited the branch for my queries, it was resolved with full satisfaction. However, as is the norm in every PSB, it's takes a bit longer for everything to be done and the processes are long, we have to bear with the hustle during the peak hours.
Overall, the employees here are helpful and supportive.
