Be it passbook or FD
Always staff shortage is another reason they give
Having these issues over 10 years now.
They have got inspiration from SBI it seems.
They enjoy making you stand in line for hours then cry when there are too many entire in passbook after a 6 months or a year.
They will never give you in writing if printing machine actually is out of service or an excuse for them to be lazy.
