β β β β β Well, I had Visited BarBerry, Kothrud .We had gone because of the Happy Hours and when we reached there. BarBerry forced me to pay 7% Service Charges. When I refused to pay they refused me to serve drinks.
Isnβt it consumerβs right to pay service charge if they like the service?
The service was very poor, ambiance was disgusting and washrooms were super unhygienic. And hence I refused to pay 7% Service Charge but the Bar forced me to pay.
I want my refund or else I will go to the Consumer Forum and register a complaint.

β β β β β The service is fast. Culture is good. But the music is bit loud and there's no dance floor. Food quality is great. I did not order any alcohol so no comments on that. Staff is friendly even the owner talked to us. There are many offers available there. It's a really nice place to hang out with your friends.

If you are heading here for good ambience and time, also crowd. DONT! ( I personally found it to be very shady. )
The place is rumoured to be nice if you want to 'engage' over cheap beers. If that's your agenda you have their blessings!

β β β β β I liked the service here and especially high tension tower... All food and alcohol is good but they charge compulsory service tax which is illegal by law. Charging service tax against the will of customer is illegal.

Nanza was okayish.
Onion rings also yummy.
Piri piri fries were spicy ? just the way we want.
Comfortable sitting.
Not too loud music
Offers are great.

β β β β β Ambience is amazing. Good music. Great place to hangout with friends. Food was ok.
The only con was there wasn't any separate zone for smokers. So even if you don't smoke, you will have to bear the smoke and smell.
