★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A crowded place and you can find everything over here ofcourse it's a railway station but opposite to it you can board the bus for different routes , there's also auto stand which goes to various routes. The most important thing over here is the street food ?. Numbers of street food stall are available here and they are quite good too in terms of price , quantity and quality also. Lassi served in mud pot is a must try over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Barrackpore Station Circle is known for it's unique identity and it's abstractness. The area of the station circle is quite big and is situated infront of the entrance of Barrackpore station. A big circular designated type of park has been established which is enclosed by rallings and it's entrance is strictly prohibited. Surrounding that, there stand ample of various small shops mainly of food and snacks category. Many people accommodate here, some for just passing the time with groups and friends and many others for gobbling the lip smacking and mouth watering delicious aromatic dishes and snacks of various kinds and types. This area also hosts for parking of two wheelers and rare stage arrangements for delivering political lectures. Just opposite to it stand myriads of shops, restaurants,pharmacies and many more. Apart from the hustle bustle of the people, the place also envisage for a long line with profuse of commuters waiting for the e-rickshaw, as it is the stand for e-rickshaw. The place is very well lighted and therefore due to the essence of the unique culture and these features, the place is very popular and famous among the adjacent areas of the subdivision.
