★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the historical places in baranagar area. Its history is deep rooted since 1600s. This place is surrounded by numerous temples dedicated to different deities. At specific hours one can see puja going on in those temples simultaneously which imparts a peaceful aura everywhere around. The entrance gate of the ghat is well decorated which was built by British but later renovated recently. However there is no separate place for ladies to do rituals. The view of Bally bridge and the belur math opposite to the ghat is mesmerizing. During Twilight the surrounding seems heavenly. It's a great place to enjoy tranquility and peace. Proper waste disposal sites are maintained to collect puja residuals. One should keep track of the tidal timings before entering into the river since there is no safeguard near the river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my favourite place for photography! I’m always there when any event.Chotpuja to Durga puja bisarjon it’s my paradise place. Must visit this place if you want to spend some peaceful time.It’s easy to reach here one may take auto from bonhoogly bus stop or can take auto or bus from Dakshineswar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Shree Shyam Mandir Alambazar. It is not a heritage temple or Old one.Build by Non-Bengali community of Boranagar.
It is a well decorated and well maintained temple.Sri Shaym or Krishna, Radha-Krishna,and Hunumanji idols are worshiped Here.
