★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working process is too slow and hectic. Had to stay on queue for a long time. For learner license you have to stand in three different queues. First you have to submit your file and then you have to wait for photo and signature collection. At last you will be given slot for computer test. Such a hectic process. Management is too poor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very congested Place.. Actually located in Baruipur SDO office. Staff are good, helpfull but slow... You have to wait a whole day for application submit and payment, Learner Exam, DL record etc.. But if you go through a ln agent.. You can save times. Please dont support corruption.

I strongly suggest everyone not to apply here for any kind of services here. They will not entertain you if you're going without any Agents. I faced too much harrasment applying for driving licence. They will make you fail on the first time of driving test for sure. Just to print the licence I am struggling till now.
Go for one of th Kolkata based RTO offices.
