★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased one pair BATA power shoe from your stores by cash Rs2999.00 but after two days use my leg wounded several places . But they deposit my shoe customer care said our product is not repairable it will be replaced. But they didn't do so. I didn't know how many days required for proper decision?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Collection of shoes. All types of shoes at different price range. Spacious and clean. Staff professional and quick response to your requirements. Staff gave suggestions for choice of shoe colour which matched with my like and requirements. Even offers are given. I enjoyed shopping here because I got quickly my choice.
Everybody should visit and try here. Now it's crowded but in other times it's not crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low stock. Floor support is pathetic. No one bothered to even respond to queries. Almost empty shop yet took 20 mins for them to reply to a simple query if a shoe is available of a particular size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stock is good. but the behavior of floor staff is very very bad. No one is interested to show shoes and bothered to answer any queries. Yesterday I went to this showroom my experience is so bad. As I spoke the floor staff I am in little busy i just want to check my size and will buy in the evening. He said that If you do not buy now , then why r u seeing these? Is this the correct approach to answer to a customer?
