β β β β β Such a big Showroom and don't find the sizes. You ask the staff if they have a particular size we get a standard response that it's not available without even checking in their inventory. They should not even keep the staff because if you don't nΓ©ed to check the inventory then anyone can look at what's at display and decide if they have their required size. It's a disappointing experience. The staff should be trained to atleast look at their inventories in the store and then only confirm.

β β β β β Big outlet but most unfriendly staff ever seen. From their body language it was obvious that they were forced to attend to us and not at all interested in selling the products. Behaving as if they were doing a great favor to us when they had to check for different size of the shoe, we selected. Pathetic!! Are they trained at State Bank of India?

β β β β β One of the largest BATA store I have ever seen, lots and lots of varieties and options. The store is very spread out and open so you don't get overwhelmed. I suppose the number of staff could be higher but that's a call the Management has to take; although I could buy what I wanted, the person attending us was serving three customers at the same time running from one to another.
Please check if there is any discount scheme is going on as those are running from time to time.
Instead of going to any other BATA outlet, it is better to be here for your footwear needs.

I had taken senior citizen for her shoes purchase, but did not get proper assistance as available staff was very busy.
we returned empty handed.
Suggest to go in non peak hours.... else don't expect staff assistance.

β β β β β Pathetic service. Untrained staff. Clueless. Didn't allow a mother to feed her young one in the seating area. Prohibited my wife from doing so. Asked to walk to feeding area whereas the mother was comfortable to feed in the place already occupied. Took 20 mins for the store assistant to fetch the pair. Didn't expect from bata. Kindly improve

Very spacious.
Lot of variety available for menβs , womenβs & kids .
Bata & other brands like scholl , North Star hush puppies available.
All good options in reasonable pricing .
Staff is ok , sometimes they will help , sometimes wonβt .
