★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service answer get by monsin by manager of the store , I visited the store 2-3time not getting proper service . Even the manger monsin didn’t care about customer at all directly saying u can give complain on customer care . I can suggest to everyone don’t visit at all Viviana Skechers brand specially.

Got the Shoe which we were looking for and also the Sales people assisted us with how to clean those pair of shoes and how to avoid them from getting ripped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sketchers Viviana OMG. After selecting what I like with their rep he says sir stock has mismatch pair, no stock, no size....my foot!! He tried to sell mismatch pair of suttle design difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer to this store. And today when I visited the store, nobody attended. Especially a dark complexioned bearded man (unfortunately I didn't see his name) who was only interested in gossiping with this girl standing at the entrance who I think also worked there or some shop near by. He saw me and my family looking around for shoes. But, not once he bothered to ask us anything. But he attended a couple who came afterwards. And when we did go and ask him, he didn't bother to answer or pay attention. If this is the kind of service you provide for under such a brand name, this store would be shut soon. I suggest proper grooming and observation of employees and immediate termination of this person in order to save your regular customers. I had to give one star for the review, this store people don't deserve any. Kindly take an action as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all friends I am visited the skechers shop in viviana mall. And i was chose 1 shoes which i was like so much.
But at that time in store they don't have actual size for me. So sales person mr ali was attened me and he promise me I'll arrange the shoe .
But he give me fake commitment for the same.
So every pethidic experience I have face in this shop. As well as the manger also not cooperate us. Very fake people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skechers it is located in thaane Viviana mall first floor the owner is quite good and helpfull in skechers starting pricing range start from 4999 this is the starting range for sketchers sports shoes but the quality is very good ....

I visited the store which is in a good state, has lot of variety and is crowded with lot of customers.
I asked the representative to help me with finding the right shoes, he spoke to me for a min and then he was like "let me close the currently attending customer, and i will be here to help". I was little considerate and said ok.. He successfully closed the customer and came to me, showed 2 shoes and again started chasing other customers and making me wait.. showing them 3 shoes and 1 shoes to me.. After wasting good amount of time, i was annoyed and left without buying as the representative was not so keen in helping but was expecting people to buy from 2-3 shoes which he showed
