My shoe size wasn't available I was asked to pay the whole price of the shoe and promised to get the right shoe in 3 days time.To much of my disappointment after 10 days the shoe was not available and at that point I was literally manipulated to buy another pair which was expensive than the one I chose earlier .
Extremely Bad customer service .Never to return to Regal Viviana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had pathetic experience at Regal shoes, viviana mall. The heels broke in one wear and when i asked for repairing they damaged it even more and had the worst customer experience. Plus the attitude they were showing at the reciption as if they are doing a favor on us.Will make sure to spread this word in my network.
