★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bata showroom don't deserve this 1 star also... Their products are not up to the good quality as the brand name. They keeps either high ranges products which is not at all cost accumulating, or their lower price products having worst quality. On d name of sale, they loots the customer. 1 experience and was worst. I will recommend not to buy from bata. I bought one shoe and it's oll lower priced products have shoe bitting issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the shop with music playing in the background. I asked them to switch off the music in order for me to concentrate in shopping, but they refused to do it.
Music is played as a distraction at shopping stores in order to divert people from what they intent to shop and instead they end up buying something which may not be needed.
I request bata to take action against staff as I being a loyal bata customer haven’t experienced such poor customer service in any other bata store.
