★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't describe less than this. I had gone there to replace my shoes. There service was pathetic. Nobody was there to attend you. Moreover, if you ask for some help, they were rude. It seems they didn't want to do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience.. In terms of the quality, pricing n their response towards the complaints... Whenever called on their complaint toll free no they pick it up n won't utter a single word. They pretend as if there's some disturbance in the line but hey do it intentionally to avoid the complaints. Around 2-3 months ago I bought a woodland shoe from their V3S mall store worth 4.5k. I hardly used them for 7-8 times since then n it's color is totally off. They were of green color when I bought them n now after 7-8 usage only they turn black.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service is expected if anyone visit this store, i had given shoe for a repair now its almost 4 months they dont have anything to show for it. Also staff has super behavioural problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a spray polish on 21st Oct 2021 time nearly 8:30. The spray nozzle was slight tilt, when I pressed it over my shoes... The nozzle get detached from the bottle.
Today I went there and asked to replace it... They first asked me to wait for their manager... After 5-10mins, I asked them again to call their manager... They had a telephone conversation with someone and said it can't be replaced. Replacement is allowed only on same day..... They denied to replace or refund... I don't know how do they expect me to visit there at 10:30-11pm in evening.
Polish spray itself cost 495rs...I think this is quite close to the cost of new shoes of other brand in india..
Im not going to visit there again... And I suggest others for the same.
In case anyone of you want to purchase... Make sure your product is good there itself... They won't take responsibility of anything once you pay the cost.
Better than best is boycott this store... #boycottwoodland #woodland #v3small
