★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop and material.! Rude owner, staff unprofessional, local products sold, shoes bought got damaged in wearing 2 times only and took 15 days to repair, still not received back. First and last pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor and dishonest shop, never to buy anything from this place, cheating with public as well as Government , no proper bills provided on any purchase, openly cheating. items are not reliable, not durable, prices are very high , at the time of sale committing for all kind of repair under warranty, after sale they them self changed the T &C of warranty given by their staff.
NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP , IF BUT YOU WILL BE CHEATED BY THE SHOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the shop. I bought Lee Cooper shoes under 50% discount and bought it for Rs. 1450. Also the owner didn't gave me the bill and I also forgot to take the same. He only gave me the ctedit card receipt. (My learning)
After 10 days of wearing the shoes the frame in which we put laces got broken and there were several cracks in the shoes. After showing this to shop staff they told that there is no repair/replacement on the sale item. They haven't told me this beforehand, neither it was written on walls with the discount part and the bill was not given to me. Also they told that the owner is not coming to the shop from 2 3 days. So i took the shops number and on calling the owner he told the same thing and disconnected the phone in very rude manner.
Therefore customer service is very poor. Will not purchase from this shop ever again. Giving one star because i had to otherwise 0 rating for this shop.
