★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The in store manager is unfriendly and was loud when confronted for a problem. The laptop I wanted was not in the display and the staff didn't elaborate any details of it they were themselves clueless of the same. After payment I was dissatisfied with the audio quality and a few keypad settings so nothing could be done as exchange or refund is denied by them. It's better to purchase online than from this store as online purchase will be beneficial. After sales service is pathetic. Also they don't guide one right with the insurance terms. I don't recommend a purchase from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Overall experience at this lenovo outlet was good but only thing which bothered me was time it took while paying the amount.
I've decided the laptop which i want to buy within 10min but it took almost 2hrs+ just because they were unable to get the money because of their technical issues & this thing just spoiled my mood.
Rest everything was good & the staff was very helpful. They kept the outlet open half-an hour more from their usual timing just for us. ??
