I had to give 1 as google does now allow me to go any less would have given them a big zero just for customer service(disservice)

I bought a dress that had a defective. Mr. Naveen Jha, who was a very good and calm person, solved the problem very soon keeping in mind my problem. Perhaps he was a manager. I would recommend W brand to everyone.?
