★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was very bad, I wanted to take something but due to staff behavior I didn't took anything from there, I was checking collections out there, but a sales person told me "apko to kuch lena nahi hai bas ghum rahe ho" after that I just came out. I hope Levi's will take care of it otherwise they'll loose their loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad staff. They won't let you choose. Asks you directly to try the jeans first and if you deny they start arguing. Never ever visit this store if you are not in a mood to fight. Super annoying staff. Above all if you complain to the manager he would take side of his staff. I wish thr was some system of giving negative rating.

Owner should train their salesperson especially to sales lady. Yesterday, as I entered and checking the clothes. Staffs were pressurising to take cloths like ‘ apne mangwa diya, apne open krke dekh liya’. I hv gone for buying denim. But they are asking sir sweatshirts dikh du, jacket dikha du, sweater dikha du. Please avoid all these and let the buyer to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store but didn’t like the attitude of the staff including Asst Manager Mr. Nitin of this store. The way they are behaving with their customers, definitely it shall impact on Levi’s brand value! While purchasing clothes they don’t tell complete policy of alteration, I purchased three jeans and got it after one day with alteration but now again when I go to them for some more alteration they show me the policy which says it will take seven days.
Very overconfident and rude with customers, for sure will never recommend this store to make yourself insulted!
