★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online reliance digital item - Onida Split 1.5 ton AC which I bought on 9th Apr'22 is suppose to be delivered on 10th April'22, already 19th April today but the item is not yet delivered. The customer service agent can't able to trace the item and I am following up with them on a daily basis.
Very poor customer service...pathetic record maintainance.
Better to buy items directly from the store instead of Reliance Digital online site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Helpful staff, but online shopping from Reliance Digital is very horibal. We have ordered one TV & it was to be delivered on 23.03.22 but it was delivered today that is on 4th of April 22 after so many complaints to customer care and talking to store incharge many time but they were not lifting the phone. Anyhow it was a very bad experience I do not recommended to buy online from Reliance digital app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Happy with the store. We bought a Macbook Air. Anshul was the store executive for us. We had some issue with our card. He was very patient and polite with us till it got fixed. Made sure everything was ok and we were happy with the purchase. If you're a nervous shopper like me, do ask for Anshul.

You can buy anything in electronic item like fridge, washing machine, earphones, TV, LED, mobile phones, grinder etc. Finance scheme also avilable in store. Worth visit.
