★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this bb not delivering the order and customer care also not providing with the solution. Big bazar should check and make the mall ensure to work properly. It's been 4 days of placing order I haven't received the order or refund. Nothing is working out no one is providing solution. Do not order online from bb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order on 08.08.2021 at 6pm delivery schedule 9 August between 5pm to 7pm, it was not delivered on 12th August, 2021 but throughout the day it was showing that your order is in transit.
it is 12th August 2021 08:06 no update, on app it is showing in transit.
worst experience ordering online.
6Time called customer care, they were online and suddenly they also disconnected my call.
dont know what to do...
Really fraud and careless with there customers. Incomplete order delivered but no action on it

Be aware and have a proper check on the offers because sometimes because of misunderstanding we are fooled by these attractive offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Bazar is located at 1st and 2nd floor on V3S Mall. Customer service is not up to mark. Cleaning is good and well maintained. Sometimes you will get unexpected offers on grocery. No first aid available in whole store. Transaction time is also very high. You can buy everything on cheap rate. You can get cashback in your app wallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place in the laxmi nagar and nirwan vihar it's lightening is beautiful you can visit there and there are a lots of brands other then big bazaar bacause it is closed . Very beautiful food court but too costly.
