On my recent visit to the bata outlet at Nitin Company Junction in Thane, a very bad experience.
I went there to buy shoes.
First I tried on some sandals which weren’t of my size. Then I tried to show the salesperson that I bought something on amazon which was a bata product and I returned as the product wasn’t of my liking. To which the salesperson just responded being very defensive that “don’t show me amazon, I don’t know anything about it”.
I went around the shop and asked if I can buy something else. No one responded. I came back to the salesperson asked him if I can buy shoes. To which I got a very sarcastic reply and a look which gave a vibe that I am not worthy of buying shoes.
I somehow finalised a pair of shoes, but the salesman was showing me the shoes as if he was doing me a favour. This kind of attitude was totally unacceptable.
I had to buy the shoes as it was almost closing time and there were no shops around in vicinity that would be open. That was the only reason I bought the pair. Or else I would have just stormed out.
Lastly while billing when I asked for a customer feedback form the bad experience I had it was denied.
I was told that If I give my mobile number I would get a message on my phone with a link for the feedback. But sadly I haven’t received any feedback link till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ value for money shop... basic shoes with minimal variety in economy range.. they have introduced costlier variety but again few options. Staff not very cooperative and least bothered to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Bata Showroom today. It is located at the Nitin company signal and it is easily visible in the traffic. It is moderate showroom (smaller than the ones in Viviana mall and Korum mall). However it has good collection of footwear for women, men, and kids. Good variety is available for formal, casual, ethnic, and sports footwear. The shoes here are reasonable (starting from rs 299). You will also find socks and loafers. The visitors are advised to carry their own bags as they do not give bags. If you ask for a bag, you will need to pay for it. The staff is friendly and will guide you appropriately. For those who need good footwear at a reasonable cost, this is a perfect shop. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good quality of shoes and what a finest leather, I bought 1pair of hush puppies what a smell of that clean leather. There is very big range of shoes and sandals. If you took one slipper you don't have to look at for one and half year cause it's quality. Shop was very clean. It's on the main road. Got Very good experience from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their products are not reliable and trustworthy. Got replaced the same product twice but still got its leather removed in just 5 days of using. And as per Policy they dont entertain if products get replaced twice.
Worst experience ever with Bata.
I do not recommend anyone to buy any product from Bata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic delivery service I have ever seen. I ordered a pair of shoes from this store before 15 days. The store salesperson lied to me that it will be delivered in 3 days and made me order it. Now the customer care executive says that there is noone to pick up the shoes and deliver it. And there is no option to cancel it. Don't make a fool of yourself and order from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very small store near nitin company junction beside estern express highway. No more variety of products in all segments. Same products are displayed all the time. If you want to repeat the product then it's okay otherwise try Bata store at korum mall or viviana mall for more varieties of products in all segments and better options available in other brands also. Rest shop is okay. All payment modes accepted here.They don't have parking outside the shop be careful while you are shopping, traffic police will toe your vehicle from this place..... So be careful while parking your vehicle..
