★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big showroom with a wide variety of heels, sandals, boots, shoes for men, women, girls, boys and kids. Staff is cooperative and attentive. Sale upto 50% also run at certain times. It's located by the premises of Oberoi Grand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came along with my mother who wanted a new pair of shoes. I thought I'd get myself a pair of sneakers. However, the staff was far too busy quarrelling and gossiping with each other to even notice me. In fact, two of them didn't even move out of the way of rack they were standing in front of, while I strained to see the products kept there. Only an elderly gentleman helped my mother make her selection. I was so disgusted by their unprofessional behaviour that I ended up buying my pair from Mochi next door which has FAR better salesmen. I definitely won't ever return to this branch of Bata ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide stock. But they do not attain custom properly. On an empty shop I have to wait for 15min after that sale person came to me..
I have requested 2/3 sales man to help but they refused to help me to fix the size of the shoes.
