★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY NAME IS NIVASH, (+918910554631/+971529715482) I BOUGHT SOME ITEMS FROM WOODLAND KOLKATA AS PER ATTACHED INVOIVE DATED 16/11/21 ON THAT I RECIEVED DISCOUNT BOUCHER OF 2000, ON 07/12/21 WHICH SUPPOSE TO RECIEVED SAME DAY.
WHEN I TRAY TO AVIL THE DISCOUNTED VOUCHER SHOWROOM SEALS PERSONS SAIT, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CLAIM THE BOUCHER ON DISCOUNT ITEMS ONLI LIMITED TO FRESH ITEM (WHICH I NOTED AND ACCEPTED).
FURTHERMORE WHEN I TRIED TO CLAIM THE BOUCHER ON FRESH ITEMS SALES PERSONS FORCEFULLY SAID EITHER YOU HAVE TO BY EXECT 2000 INR OR MORE THEN THAT ITEM LESS PRICE IN NOT CALIMABLE.
THE ABOVE INFORMATION HAS BEEN NOT SHARED BY SALES PERSON WHILE BUYING THE ITEMS ON 16/11/21 AND THEY TRYING TO SALE THER ITEMS FORCEFULLY.
FURTHERMORE WHEN I REFUSE THE SAME THEY CAME ON BACK FOOT AND START SAYING NO ISSUE WE WILL MAKE IT ON LESS PRICE ALSO.
HOWEVER I REFUSE TO CLAIM THE BOUCHER DUE TO MISSLEADING BEHAVIOR OF SALESPERSON AND I LEREN A LESSON TO NEVER BUY A PRODUCTS FROM WOODLAND IN FETURE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never faced such a bad experience ever. The sales-girl working in this store, shouts unnecessarily, blames everything, and whoever tries to help the customer, she bursts on him too. Well, I had a technical issue regarding payment, amount was deducted but not showing in their a/c, & the girl was continuously saying unnecessary things. I dont know her name as she refused to say as she know what she did. To the own of this store, I would like you to say when you hire people with such a poor people skill, you loose customer, as I won't recommend anyone to visit. This one star is only for the guy who works at billing section, tried to help atleast.
