★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a brilliant collection. Anything you need on bathfront right from tiles to bath fixtures they have it. Also in a large variety and a very wide range. Their store is quite huge, with a whole basement for fixtures like shower panels kept fully setup for you to get a good idea how it would look in your bathroom. They have some relatively new products like quartz sinks kept on display. There is one issue, due to all these things they are a bit on the pricey end as compared to other stores that are providing the same products. All in all a very good store for shopping these bath related items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ordered tiles which had white patches on them.. on complaining about it.. we were told it cannot be replaced and the white patches to be considered as the part of the design.
Posted a pic to have the customers judge if we need to consider it as a design or a defect.
We were asked to consider a defect as a design and use the product. So we ended up paying 80+K for a defective product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice showcasing of different bathroom fittings, from tiles, to all fixtures, including high end brands and imported ones.
They only accept advance cash payment, but delivery of ordered items was delayed quite a lot.
The labour has to be told about it in advance or you end up paying them while waiting for tiles and fittings.
I started my bathroom work in Feb 2021, that got over only end March due to material delays.
The account was settled only on 11th August 2021 after many phone calls, physical visits, and lockdown due to second wave.
Next time, I will explore other shops for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Bath Decor NX based off a recommendation of my neighbor as i did like the tiles he was able to get for his house
I went there at 10am itself and even selected my tiles; when i asked for the price per sq.ft, i was told that they would give it over WhatsApp. Mentioned to send it by 2pm same day as needed the tiles the next day
Heard nothing from them even 5 days later, meanwhile i got my tiles from another place and my job is done as well. Just sad that i could not get the one's i liked at Bath Decor NX due to poor execution
