We came around 4pm and got the last room available and that also at ground floor without geyser.
Rooms are good and spacious with all amenities required which was very helpful. Place for car and bike parking is available
Cons - No bill was given to me by the staff for the stay, but they did the entry in their register.
Food was costly than the outside the hotel and did not like the taste ( it's subjective). Wifi was not working at all. One more thing, for my room at ground floor, there was No Vodafone network and Airtel was running at 1 bar and most of the time out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel position wise , cleanliness wise,Room wise perfect.but it's fare little bit high because they don't have Bed and breakfast option and secondly they charges for 2years baby food charge which is complementary in every hotel.and thirdly they are charging 50% of room charge for only 2hrs extra occupancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the hotel is of average standard, but seems to be better than other private hotels of Bokkhali. The behavior of the hotel staffs are good. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Though the hotel has a restaurant for the boarders, but the taste of food is not up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're making a decent choice if you're choosing to stay at this hotel at Bakkhali. It is easy to locate being right on the Bakkhali main road not far from the bus stand. You might find the rooms a little bit costly if selected for the 1st floor. But it's justified as all necessary amenities are present. Hotel has nice big premises and well decorated garden area. Car parking also has decent capacity. Has in-house restaurant and the staff are cordial and very helpful. Definitely recommended.
