★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If one is looking for a budget hotel to stay, it is okay. The room is available for less than a Rs.500. There are water and generator facilities. The staffs are good. Some AC rooms are also available here. And, new constructions are going on to expand the hotel. However, the hotel area is open and not secured by any grill. Bathrooms are clean and facility is provided to watch television. The ground floor rooms can be uncomfortable a bit in summer as there is no scope for cross ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the outside decoration of this hotel not up to mark. 2nd you may see price differences on call and actual visit. They charge us 700 for each room on (August, 2021) 3rd floor for non ac which was said 600 on call. All the rooms are equal in sqare feet. If you are thinking to go with friends its okay but with GF or family not good.
Its hardly 5 minutes distance from sea beach.
If you are looking for sea beach hotel then BALU TOT TOURISM PROPERTY will be good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst 3rd Class hotel ever. Room is very small as they are charging pretty good amount. Jet shower was not working. Tv was there but Set-Top box was not recharged. Room was dirty. One funny thing was they are claiming there are FREE WI-FI and Geyser, forget about WiFi at all, there was no Geyser. And the hotel staffs were so ridiculous. Just shame on this hotel. Don't ever think to stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and 3rd class hotel in Bakkhali. One cannot sleep properly at night because of bed bugs, washroom floors are slippery, blankets are not washed and lastly no room service is done. This hotel doesn't deserves a 5 star.
