β β β β β Nice Ambience, Book Onlione or OFfline, make sure to get senior citizen discount if you get are travelling with one. Also they chnarge Service Charge without prior intimation, make sure to tell them to remove that before paying anything for food bill and room bill. As of March 2022 they are also installing mini fridges in rooms which will be an add on in furure.
Overall its clean and well maintained, the manager is not available all the time which was a major drawback as for any issues which the service guys cant sory, you need to wait.

- Location is also good. It will take around 5mins to reach Bakkhali beach from the hotel.
- Service is average.
- Food quality is also below the par.

β β β β β It's an excellent and recently renovated well maintained property, located on the beach side, walking distance from bus stand. Toto is available at an economical price for visiting local placesl. Hotel Staff are helpful, particularly the Manager. Hospitalility is commendable. Food is homely and hygienic. Worth visiting.

β β β β β Brilliant and perhaps the best place of Bakkhali. Massive size AC rooms, modern bathroom and balcony. Very co-operative staffs. Food quality is super! Only issue is getting the availability of rooms as the place is in high demand.

β β β β β West Bengal Tourism tourist bungalow which is closest to the beach and main centre. If the place suits budget look for no other. Rooms size, toilets, facilities, hygiene and service are 4 star class. Food items are not varied, especially breakfast but do meet the requirements. Special food items have to be ordered one day prior, understandable, since availability of all items at such remote a place is difficult. After visiting 3 properties of West Bengal Tourism at different places, my experience has been excellent-starting from net booking, query handling by personnel ,check in and check out and especially my stay,has been wonderful and worth recommending.

β β β β β Near to beach very nc place & mesmerizing environment, of course Cleanliness of the room is worthy of praise. But quality of food is very poor, I have never eaten a low grade Chinese dish like there, complementary breakfast does not have varieties, even if an extra puri is given, you will be charged for it

β β β β β The property is very good and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean. We stayed at new building which is still under construction, lift is not there. So a bit problematic for aged persons. Also, there is no arrangement in the room for tea which is a general criteria. The main con of the property is food. The quantity and quality of the food is not at all good, price is way too high comparing the location where availability of fish is huge. Not at all satisfied with their service in terms of food. Main advantage is beach is within 500 mtr from the property.
