V	Vaishnudebi Dutta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cooking area is pretty clean. All food items are not too oily or spicy. After a long journey to Bakkhali one can prefer having their meals here, as they cook properly that won't cause much digestion Problem. There is a paan shop opposite to this hotel, if you want to get some mouth refreshments after having your meal, you can go to that shop. Personally, I liked the food items and the cheap rates. In general, you will be served with plain rice, veg "shukto", daal, bandakopi sabzi with pieces of fish head, aloo fries, chutney and papad. Apart from these, you need to buy their wide range of fish curries or chicken. Whatever you feel like.

They ask different prices of menu items when you go to pay the bill, giving excuses that they dont update the menu card with latest prices, thereby asking extra prices for the items you had. On protesting, the owner behaved very badly, and doesn’t care if he is speaking to a woman. Very poor

When we place our order at the table, we generally refer to the menu card provided at the table including the prices. But during bill payment outside they will refer to the menu card outside, where prices are different. When you protest to pay extra price, the behaviour of the owner starts the play. He started shouting very harshly at the top of the voice at me and my wife using harsh slang words. I went there with my wife and my 1 year old son. He attacked my wife with his harsh behaviour. I came for a day trip to Bakkhali so ignored this and didn’t take the pain of reporting to police. Food Quality: ———————— Insects got fried and was present in Mixed Chowmein. Stale prawns made the meal even more worse. There were other customers as well complaining about quality and quantity of food as well. This restaurant made our Bakkhali experience worst ! PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU DON’T WANT TO MAKE YOUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WORST.

One person try to serve many tables, thereby delay and we need remind him multiple times for something. They provide thali, but except rice they don't repeat anything unless you ask for. Reasonably clean.
S	Soham Biswas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is below average. We tried tadka, chicken kassa, some kebabs, dry chilli chicken and some rolls. None of them were repeatable. However, the service and the behaviour are pathetic. We waited for about an hour for our forst order at the hotel. Then asked them to deliver the rest at the place where we were staying nearby. They delivered it 1 hour later than the discussed time. Not recommended as the food isn't anything special either
