★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most CORRUPTED place ever. Worst experience. They make you wait all day and don't hand over certificate until you give them INR 3000+ even if you resist they(office bearers, an official with iPhone Apple watch and airpods) will put pressurise you through the clerks who work there and will threat not to sign your document. All clerks demand for charges for every small thing as for name typing they will demand you typing charges.

Super crowded mostly because of nearby areas development or apartments
Seating space is very minimal
Parking space is good and availability of eateries and xerox shops makes life little simpler

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's crowded on weekends, and you need a broker to guide you through...the best part is car parking is available and thers toilet facility, but no seperate parking for two wheeler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for quick visit to get registration of land , sites or marriage certificates . But be prepared to spend atleast 2-3 hours or more . It’s not 1 hr job . I wish they can privatize these chores that would make or easy for public .

For marriage certiticate you need to take appointment if you want to try on your own, be ready to bring may be president if you want to get it done without age t
