★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend went for keratin and smoothening 1-2 weeka ago and after first wash her hair has lost all the effects. While she was getting it done she could hear the owner saying to the staff that " use less of the chemicals and everything, she has long hair, jada khrcha ho jaega". Will be going to the salon again tomorrow to complain about the rip off, will update what the owner says.
But beware!!!! They are highly unprofessional and the work is also bad!!! Horrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer there from last one year and I must say the quality of the staff has decreased so much. Few days back I had a de-tan+facial and pedicure at the place which was not at all satisfactory cuz the boy had no idea of pedicure. I had no effect on my face even after 3days it was as dull as before facial so I complaint to the owner but she started telling another story that you were told this facial will not suit, you shouldn't have opted this and even she told they had no such facial, I was given another facial that too without my permission.....!!! Is a person mad that she is spending lot of money to take a facial that doesn't suit her. I think they have started making fool of people just to have higher profits. I felt cheated this time!!!!
