β β β β β We booked a Kashmir tour with Beena Travels through Mr.Sahil Dhami.
The hotel in Srinagar was not according to the price we paid. Also, when we told Mr.Sahil about certain problems we faced at the hotel he asked us to adjust and defended the hotel (here the hotel room was unclean, unhygienic, bathroom was clogged we couldnβt use the washroom). It was very disappointing for us that Mr.Sahil asked us to adjust and did not give us any compensation for the trouble caused. We usually go on a holiday spending a good amount of money so we get at least decent facilities but we did not get it. Also, we were not informed well in advance about gondola ride bookings at Gulmarg which were to be done by us. Mr.Sahil mentioned it to us a day prior because of which we did not get any booking and were unable to visit Gulmarg because of his negligence towards informing us prior. Overall not a good after sales experience with them specially Mr.Sahil as we had to adjust and we had to talk to staff of the hotel for our problems (usually we book through travel companies so we donβt have to go through any of this). Not happy with the service.
