β β β β β Bangalore has become an expensive city and rooms and suites at hotel is out of reach for even upper middle class. The solution is the suites like BENAKA SUITES. This suites has a building with two suites in each floor having 4 floors. The suite in which we stayed as a family with kids,had a furnished drawing room,a fully equipped kitchen with fridge,gas stove,micro oven etc. The suite has two bed rooms one with bathroom . There is a common bathroom for other room. Benaka gives you free breakfast,and you can order lunch and dinner till 10PM. The food is simple and very good. It has a small gymnasium . Your driver can stay in the car and avail the bathroom facility in gym.room and on the terrace. The rates are reasonable.
But the approach is little bad as the main road is full of traffic and your vehicle movement is difficult. You have parking place and very nearby good Afternoon Anand Bhavan hotel is there. Rooms are air-conditioned and the staff is well disciplined and soft spoken. Ideal suite for a family with kids to stay for a couple of days.

In a sort of quite lane.
Adyar ananda Bhavan at walking distance and food is nice.
Whole property is well maintained.
Rooms on all floors are clean, beautifully done and spacious.
Toilets are clean.
Parking space available.
1st floor rooms has common dining table and chairs in an open kitchen setup.
We got it at a good deal. So it was worth it ?

β β β β β Property is located on the way to Airport so transit to and fro is easy . Very courteous staff and humble service . Rooms are spacious with a common hall with kitchen facility along with a refrigerator. Apt place to stay on bussiness or leisure trip with family . Highlight is the cleanliness of the apartment . Breakfast could be better with options and no of servings . Overall an good place for a peaceful stay .

β β β β β This place offers much more than what it says on their website. 5* hospitality, safe and secured place and location and amazing staff. They go an extra mile to make them self different than other serviced apartments. They will clean and refresh the apartment. They also replace the towels and clean all the crockery and cutlery.
They provide fresh and best vegetarien food at a reasonable price. Lots of choice for breakfast.
Stayed with my 4 years daughter who enjoyed her self and it also gave us piece of mind knowing she will be safe and looked after with members of staff in common area. Their service and personal touch was great and highly appreciated.
Located in quite residential area. 30 minutes from airport and 30 minutes from Manyata Tech Park. It takes 30 minutes to be in the heart of the city subject to traffic. Lots of options for food and drinks around. Shopping mal is nearer too for any shopping you may wish to do.
Over all experience 10/10. Thank you each and every staff who made our stay excellent and made us felt like home away from home.

β β β β β Consistently excellent on all counts.
Each suite is very well maintained and spacious with a large sitting room, a kitchen with gas stove and cylinder etc and a common toilet besides the three independent rooms with an attached toilet each. Room service and food are of the highest standard.
The location is very clean and quiet except for dogs barking all the time in one of the houses at the rear of Suite 222. Hope the hotel will take up the matter with the pet owners.
