Very rude behaviour from the staff and manager mainly is very irresponsible and arrogant towards the people.. no manners of speaking and worst body language . Issues token as per their convience and waste of time to visit this center

I got my phone number updated for Aadhar here and the process was very straight forward. Everything was processed in 30mins. There were about 6-7 applications ahead of mine and there was only one officer. The office is small and I’d recommend going as early as you can otherwise it gets crowded quickly = delays. Overall, the experience was very good. Carry cash for fees payment!

Good service , i went for changing aadhar mobilenumber,,, BUT you must go 8:00 a.m to get TOKENS only 50 persons per day ,,so 8:30 process starts

Worst staff. If you are going for aadhar card update then you should reach the place by 6 am. 8:30 am they issue token which carries a date on which you can get your aadhar amended. To get the token no document required so anyone can go and take a token. Staff are always busy on mobile.

Visited for aadhar service. Tokens will be issued at 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM. Service is fast and good

Went to get the BMTC bus pass of my daughter, now its issued through Bangalore one centers. To get a new BMTC bus pass, apply through BMTC website, will need the first year college fee receipt and a passport size photo for uploading. Choose the bus stop close to the address on Aadhaar and the bus stop close to college. Add via 1 and via 2 too. Once it's approved by BMTC and college Nodal Officer, you will get it in approved status. Take the appointment in a Bangalore one office where bus pass (plastic cards) are available ?. Go to the respective office with cash and get the pass, good if you reach in the morning.

This place has the most arrogant women I’ve seen in my life. I was running very short of time to submit my police Verification, for which I was informed on a very short notice. In the 2 days I went there I saw atleast one person lose their temper at the manager and the employees for the same reasons I would’ve lost my temper too. One of the ladies there played me like crazy just to get a police verification done. I had to go there twice because there was an issue with my OTP and after waiting for her lunch break to get done, she refused to save me a day and do it and said β€˜her software wasn’t working’ so she casually asks me to come the next day. The manager is even worse, that’s why their employees behave so horribly towards ppl. They make you their puppets and something you can finish in a day they’ll make you take 2-3 days for! And when your schedule is tight it’s honestly the worst thing you can go through.

If anybody from a govt department is looking at this, I would like to bring forward this to your notice and if any action can be taken against these people, it would be a great service for the public. I had a bad experience today and it was not just me, but my Mom who had issues walking to the office multiple times today was also impacted by the service these staffs provided. Totally unprofessional and down right ignorant towards public.Don't have a proper system in getting Aadhar updated. They expect people to arrive way before 9am and 2pm and the people who arrived early might end up being in the end of the queue. The manager there has created this system of everyone running to stand in queue at 9 and 2 and does the job of handing out tokens, which I think a manager shouldn't be doing in the first place. Moreover they don't seem to know the process themselves and they decide to not process the update if the form is not filled with huge spacings between each letter. The staff there are rude and call the public by names, I was called a mental patient today when I had to raise my voice because of the unreasonable justification they provided to reject my mother's aadhar update. The justification they provided was that the details filled were not spaced enough to fill the entire row. This doesn't make sense because if a person has a short name and a short adress they just deny the service of updating aadhar. Also it's ridiculous on many levels to be called as a mental patient, this goes to show that they would deny services to people who are mentally challenged. This goes against every work ethic that any worker should follow. And this coming from an employee in Bangalore One is setting a bad example to the services they are providing. If anybody in government is seeing this, i would appreciate an action to be taken against few of the staffs in Bangalore one. This includes the manager and the attender. The attender their doesn't know anything and is often seen in a bad mood shouting at others for whatever reason it is. Two students had asked this attender what is the process of linking phone number with aadhar and pan and he goes on to say, "that this is not required and the message sent by government for linking this is a joke and it will never happen and it's not a big deal to not have phone number linked". Having such staffs providing misleading information about government services is the irony we are looking at. Coming to talk about the manager, i had visited Bangalore one Hal office today morning and was told that the token for updating aadhar is done but I did see few people who came after me, were getting their forms checked for updating aadhar. But I was ok with revisting afternoon and before i left i wanted to make sure that everything with the form i had was correct and the manager took a look at the form for two minutes and even acknowledged everything was fine with the form and alsed us to revisit at 2pm. In the afternoon when I reached out, i was told that this form wouldn't be accepted by Bangalore One, as the spacings on the form were different. But this is the same form that the manager reviewed in the morning and so did the attender. They never spoke about any such thing in the morning, but when they said this now I lost it and the above mentioned incidents took place one after the other. The whole time i was there, the manager decided not to address this and ignored my request. It would be a blessing for the public if these staffs are trained better on how to provide service in a professional way.
