Only one issue no flat had safety grills on windows...

Building quality is good but entrance looks like an under construction building. New construction spacious flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society. Near to eon it park. No water problem. Dedicated parking for flats as well as separate guest parking available. Maid, cook and laundry facilities are easily available. No other broadband available other than Airtel broadband. Domino's is next to the building. Power cuts are rare. If you are looking for rental, rent varies from 23k-24k for 2bhk(unfurnished). At the time of shifting in/out the local labor union shows up and demands for huge amount of money, and if we refuse then they threat the movers and packers n demand money from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here as a guest for initial 14 days when i joined my current company, flat in which i stayed was looking good and since it was Dusserah time, few events happened which brought almost the whole gated community together. It also has Gym, garden and few things like merry go round for kids. Better you should have your own transport(if you want to avoid walk, otherwise for a person like me who enjoys walking not a difficult thing at all) as it is 0.5 kmt from the nagar road, you don't often find autos passing by.
