Once we take a flat on rent, they charge for every maintenance issue and have horrible men working for them like their plumber. Everything else is fine, they have a transparent approach in terms of Agreements and rent charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible People.They will loot you, dont go with them.From first day of deal they will lie you in terms of Money.I have given brokerage as well as agreement cost to them .They took all money and just given me printed stamp paper only, no notary on it.I was not aware of it later I came to know. At the time of returning deposit, they were ignoring me,not responding to my phone calls, they deduct so much from my deposit and returned very less amount which is lower than half of deposit. After so much struggle I called directly to owner and he returned it after 6-7 months which was not appropriate.So I suggest dont go with them.
