★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2 bhk house relocation they quoted batter price. They did not trunup on the same day as they promised. They did not come on the next day on time. On next day they said 8am but came 2pm. I was have having small 4months baby and a 4 years kid managing them was difficult. But problem in handling the relocation. They have brought a small mahindra truck which definitely cannot fit all my things. Usually a echaer truck fill be needed to fit all. Once relocation boys saw the item they called the supervisor and said things are more. Coordinator contacted me and nigotiated to pay more for extra truck, also claiming flat is too long from the gate, things are more etc.. Once i agreed to pay extra just to bring one more truck they started packing and loading. But they never brought another track for loading. Supervisor instructed the boys to accommodate everything on the single small truck. Because of these they took lot of time in loading the things in to the truck. They kept all my items in the gate for long time and simple changing the placement of the items in the truck to save space. They also tried to keep the tepa glass and gas cylinder to put it in my car. they pushed compressed all the boxes and items . they have broken 2 of my sofa foots. They have totally broken the wet grinder motor. Thought i gave the boys tip of 1000. I regret using their service. finally spent 19k for that could have used a good packers. Also they have deliberately mised my aloevera plan somewhere in my previous flat only to save space. These people dont have a big truck or lory to for relocation. They have only small mahendra truck people used to ship vegetables. If you have very little things then fine to use their service or if you have more and valuable things dont use their service. They're highly unprofessional. Next time i should be careful about the fake reviews when a service provider has more than 4.5 rating.
