★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience thumbs..positivity keeps u rolling during your fitness sessions..trainers r nice polite and definitely excellent at there job..cleanliness, I am a fan of it..u get one step closer as u enter the gym n meet the owner,his knowledge n passion definitely reflects in the gym..nice machines..it's THE best for girls/women/kids cause here the motive is only to 'witness the fitness'.
