I would recommend VYS over any other gym around in the area. The trainers here are extremely experienced and make your journey towards the final destination of fitness worth motivating.
Though all trainers are courteous and will make sure to be friendly and kind, I would mention especially about krishna ma'am who were always attentive and quick whenever there was any need of help and guide.

It has a great positive vibe and Krishna mam is amazing and very knowledgeable and as well as really care about guiding the participants in their classes The variety of class types is great and i enjoy each class. Personal attention on each students personal care while doing traditional yoga krishna mam personally help students during the class highly recommend VYS

Theyhave combinations of exercises with yoga + Aerobics+ muscle tones+ weight loss and general fitness for all section of ages.
Before coming here i was satisfied with my daily routine of walking but after coming here i felt that all body muscles required some exercise and toneup which proved here very beneficial.
Daily exercise + yoga helps to relax one from day tiredness and regain energy.
Krishna, kesar, Divya and their team are well trained and dedicated towards their works.
They do have exercises for physical medical requirements.
From kids playful activities to good fitness regime, they are very useful.

If you want to practice Competition Yogasana,Power yoga,meditation,parayanam sessions,Dance class,Zumba,Aerobic,Gym,Gymnastic then definitely join VYS Academy. I joined here for compitition yogasana practice its really wonderful. At this studio the philosophy is to make yogasana accesible and inclusive for everyone,so here you will definately feel welcomed..! The teachers are knowlegeble and generous enough to explain the philosphy of each movement, so you can join in with intention.Join and feel the wonderful experience of yoga.
