First of all , I want to say that I enjoyed it very much .
Yoga is for me a way of exercising in a non-competitive way while in Indian culture is mainly a very spiritual experience. This workshop allowed me to better understand where the yoga practise comes from and how the teachings of master SUBHAV SIR are linked together by means of exercising and eventually meditation. Another thing I would like to show is that environment was very encouraging and supportive and the group always helped one another out. I have learned yoga for 2 months but it was actually my first time learning yoga . I love the way it helped me to concentrate and clear my mind . I really want to express my gratitude to my yoga teacher for delivering and arranging well planned activities and sharing with all of us. This training remind me that yoga is not only about Asanans, but the connection of mind and body . It is not only about the physical movement , but also the alingnment to our mind and soul along with proper breathing. It is about self awareness of our body when we are doing a pose; it is about self discipline. I appreciate to their encouragement and support toward my learning journey. I am grateful to have met my classmates who share the same passion . They have made it more interesting . I would strongly recommend all yoga lovers to join this course . It is not only to enrich the knowledge of yoga but also lead us to a completely healthy life style for the future .
