Iwas having cervical but really magically improved by yoga only by Subhav sir. Pain killer lene se bilkul sahi nhi hua or swelling bhi ayi.
But yes by yoga really improved.
Must recommended for all age groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga by Subhav sir fails zym , he is one of the best yoga instructor I'll say. And no words to explain Dhayn yoga kendra yoga one of the best in Rajasthan or India, as i had already gobe throught India but didnt find such type of yoga.
Wishes to grow more , teach all the right way of yoga. My passion is in modelling and really yoga helped me lot.
Thanks to Subhav sir and complete Dhyan Yiga kendra team.
Recommended for all age groups.
Onr morr imp thing i minimized eating non-veg after yoga.
